Carolina Astro's New Coach!

On the left side, we have Head Coach and Team Owner Willie Johnson. Johnson has a rich basketball background, starting at the age of 14 when he won his first championship at his local recreational center. Continuing his journey, he became a coach and at the age of 18, in 2016, he led his team to another championship victory. In 2021, Johnson made the decision to attend Johnson C. Smith University, an HBCU, where he served as the basketball team manager for both the Men's and Women's teams. Additionally, he was the head coach of the NBA2K E-sports team for two consecutive years before returning to Winston Salem. Now, Willie Johnson is eager to guide his newly acquired semi-professional basketball team, the Carolina Astro's, to great success both as a coach and owner in his hometown of North Carolina.
